LIABILITY:

The “Fabulous Pageant and its affiliate organizations/companies” will not, and is not obligated to provide health
insurance benefits, paid vacation, or any other employee benefit to the contestants and title holders. Members and
affiliates are not employed by Stokes Legacy LLC and Project Fabulous 501 c 3. The contestant agrees to indemnify
and hold the “Fabulous Pageant and its affiliate organizations/companies”, its directors, management, employees,
affiliations and clients harmless from all claims, losses, expenses, fees including attorney fees, costs, and judgments
that may be asserted against “Fabulous Pageant and its affiliate organizations/companies”.

MEDIA RELEASE

By participating in Stokes Legacy LLC and Project Fabulous 501 c 3 Non Profit Organization, you grant Stokes
Legacy LLC and Project Fabulous 501 c 3 Non Profit Organization the right to use your name, content, photograph,
video, and biography for current and future educational, marketing, advertising and business purposes.
